Terms and Conditions

General information
By placing an order, you are considered to have read through and accepted the sales conditions. Noir Stockholm observes the Swedish Consumer Sales Act, the Distance and Doorstep Sales Act and the Personal Data Act.

Shipping
The shipping charge in Sweden is SEK 49 per order. If your order is more than SEK 500 after any discounts have been applied, shipping is free. This is subject to change.

Deliveries
We deliver within 2-5 days. You will receive an sms when your product has arrived at the nearest collection point. Delivery delays may occur that are outside our control. This could be, for example, because a supplier is not able to meet its delivery obligations to us. If this happens, we accept no liability towards customers for any damage that this delay may cause.

Customer details
You are entirely responsible for ensuring that the details you provide are accurate. Please always check the information you give us twice to make sure that all the information is correct. You can always change your customer details by logging in.

Order confirmation by e-mail
A few minutes after you have confirmed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the sms address that you have given us. If you do not receive the confirmation within a reasonable amount of time, please check that you have given us a valid sms address.

Prices
All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.
Payment by card
You can pay using all Swedish bank cards and international credit cards connected to VISA, MasterCard or American Express. noirstockholm.com does NOT HAVE ACCESS to your card number. Your card number is sent encrypted direct to our payment service provider, which in turn contacts our card processing bank for payment approval.
Follow the steps carefully and only click once when asked to approve your purchase. If you click more than this, your order may be reserved more than once. We will cancel unintentional double payments, but the order may have been reserved several times before we get the chance to cancel double payments. No administrative charges nor any other charges are payable when you pay by card.

What is the security code (CVV2/CVC2)?
To increase the level of security, you, as a customer, are asked to enter the final three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card. Visa calls this CVV2, while MasterCard calls this CVC2. These codes are also called security codes or security numbers. The code is sent to your card issuer to be checked and verified.

Non-collected packages
The package will remain for 14 days from the time it arrives at the collection point. If you do not collect the package, we will send you an invoice to cover our shipping and handling costs, which is currently SEK 150.

Complaints
If your product is damaged in any way, is unusable in any way or if you have received the wrong product, please contact us at office@noirstockholm.com within three days after you hav been received your order at the latest.

Shipping damage
If your consignment is damaged during shipping, you yourself must complain to the collection point where you collected the product in accordance with DHL rules. We recommend that you always check the consignment when you receive it and complain direct to the collection point if the consignment has clearly been damaged during shipping. Also send us an e-mail to notify us that you have complained about the consignment, explaining which order the consignment relates to.

Personal details
noirstockholm.com stores personal details, including your personal identity number, in a register for mail order handling and to enable us to send you interesting offers, if you have chosen to receive them. You can choose at any time not to receive these offers.
The details that noirstockholm.com stores is used for internal use, to enable us to meet our obligations to you as a customer, to send you offers, etc. If you accept the sales conditions, you consent to us storing your personal details, including your personal identity number. A customer can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting noirstockholm.com. After consent has been withdrawn, the handling of the customer’s details will cease and all details and information relating to the customer will be deleted. This register is governed by the Personal Data Act.

Card fraud
Any attempts at card fraud will be reported to the police.

Cookies
In accordance with the Swedish Electronic Communications Act, which came into force on 25 July 2003, everyone who visits a website is notified if cookies are being used. When you visit noirstockholm.com, cookies will be saved on your computer. This is done to make it easier for you to make any future purchases. If you do not accept the use of cookies, you can change the settings of your web browser to automatically reject cookies or to inform you if a website uses cookies.

Force Majeure
Events such as acts of war, natural disasters, labour disputes, official decisions, non-deliveries from sub-contractors, price-increasing factors and other comparable events that are outside the control of noirstockholm.com, which could not have reasonably been predicted, will be referred to as force majeure, which means that noirstockholm.com will be released from its obligations to execute agreements that it has entered into.

Misprints and changes
noirstockholm.com makes reservations for misprints in the prices that appear on the page. noirstockholm.com reserves the right to make changes to information, including prices, product range, sales conditions, specifications and product offers, etc., without prior notice.
